The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the CBD. Having the free tram just steps away made getting around so easy. The staff greeted me with warmth each time, and they were accommodating when I needed help lifting my bags. The room itself was clean, with a decent-sized TV and a quiet environment despite being in a busy area. The bathroom setup felt cramped, especially with a shower separated only by a curtain. It felt awkward using the small space, particularly when it came to organizing toiletries. The breakfast options were quite limited, with pancakes sometimes stuck in the machine. I had high hopes for a more varied menu. A comfortable, budget-friendly place, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

The bed in the Standard Queen Room was super comfortable.
The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel was clean with magnificent location in the centre and functional rooms. There were tea/coffee and a kettle in the room, liked that. Location: the property was right by everything-bars, restaurants, public transport and venues such as MCG and Rod Laver arena, shops, food and the free tram, and main points.

central location, compact room size, hot water availability
Main entrance needs an air freshener!!! Rooms could use better lighting and functioning TV remotes!!! Fixing the WiFi would be a significant upgrade!!!

Possibly the best and real good stay of 7 nights. The best location in Melbourne CBD district short walk to accessible with public transport, Melbourne for the Australian Tennis Open, and Southern Cross train. Also, close to shopping centres. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Clientele that stayed there, walls were as thin as paper the room layouts, room cleanliness, lack of room service. Expected a lot more from a hotel, got a hostel instead.

Location next to the centre of the city as well as supermarket. For tea or coffee visit Brown Sugar nearby...

Location
your check in time (2pm) and check out time (10am) is unlike other hotels around the world which is usually 12 pm. I was not informed at the time of booking of your awkward check in/ check out time, which is incomplete disclosure. Also your communal refrigerator stinks.
